IMPORANT PARKING NOTICE (Jan. 25/2023):
Parking Garage is currently undergoing unavoidable construction. The hotel will honour the self parking rate for any guests who are staying overnight at the hotel at $45/per car per day for our Valet service. The hotel is unable to offer parking options to guests commuting to the conference during the day. There are several options close to the hotel that offer very cost effective alternatives: CLICK HERE. The closest alternative is the IMPARK – BELL TRINITY SQUARE lot.
- Room type: Standard (Single/Double) - $239.00 CDN/night
- Room rates are subject to all applicable taxes & fees (currently 13% HST and 4% MAT. The 4% MAT will be subject to 13% HST).

- All pricing is quoted and payable in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. No reservations will be held unless secured by a credit card.
- Individuals are responsible to pay all guest room charges.
- Wireless internet is included complimentary in guest rooms.
- Note that all rooms must be booked by January 9, 2023 to receive the special conference rate.

- Individual reservations may be cancelled up until 72 hours local time prior to arrival. Cancellations received after this time will be subject to one night’s room and tax, applied to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
